Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

 

  • Post, Monitor and Analyse content on behalf of AF & AF's Clients on the respective social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google + and Pinterest) 

  • Daily management of social media channels, ORM as well as response management within the respective TAT on all platforms

  • Set up and execute Email Marketing on the platforms. 

  • Execute day to day communication on all social media, email marketing, and all other digital marketing platforms 

  • Assist with general day to day administration tasks related to digital marketing platforms 

  • Assist with planning marketing strategies to help drive traffic and engagement to the website

  • Keep up to date with any social media trends & track social media influencers relevant to the industry 

  • Identifies trends and insights relevant to the industry and complementary industries 

  • Regularly monitor competitor's social media sites and create competitor analysis reports

  • Evaluates emerging technologies across all DM platforms

  • Measure and create analytical and performance reports of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies along with the digital marketing strategist 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise the user experience to and from social to web 

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

 

  • Self-motivated and keen learner looking to  grow in the digital marketing industry 

  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

  • Must be able to evaluates emerging technologies

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and email marketing software like SendInBlue, Mailchimp etc

  • Understanding of the above social platform – pages, functionality, formats, analytics, ROI 

  • Must have worked with social media tools such as Buffer/Sprout Social/Later; Canva; Google Trends etc and having a working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager is an added advantage. 

  • Ability to curate and publish content on digital channels such as social media, web, email, etc 

  • Ability to track, assess and present metrics/data to draw meaningful insights and actions for the business

  • Adapt to evolving business priorities

  • Attention to detail with an ability to take ownership, make decisions, and execute

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and quality

  • Excellent team player with experience working in virtual team

 

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience of 2–3 years of in social media and digital marketing execution

  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and measuring and analytical tools

  • Good understanding of digital marketing social media promotion and measuring ROI from content marketing efforts

  • Keen interest in art and related fields to resonate with art ethos
