Partnerships and Collaborations Executive

Type: Full Time | Part Time
Location: Kolkata Based/Remote


  • Maximising the value of Art Fervour from current or future partnerships

  • Manage relationships and influence at every level of the collaboration 

  • Research prospects and maintain the pipeline for collaborations and partnerships in conjunction with marketing team 

  • Build strong and creative partnership proposals to target prospective partners and conversions

  • Represent Art Fervour in day to day account management of partners and collaborators to coordinate the activity

  • Support the marketing team in building a pipeline of potential partnerships and collaborations with galleries, museums, art/generic spaces and related brands 

  • To retain/nurture partnerships and collaborations won by the Strategic/marketing teams and identify opportunities to stretch these partnerships

  • To carry out regular and robust monitoring partnership activation plans to ensure opportunities are identified and maximised

  • Work closely with the marketing & communications team to ensure optimum online reputation management for the collaborations 


Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Any Graduate

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience 

  • An excellent verbal communicator, confident in dealing with people at all levels, externally and internally, and ability to influence and negotiate

  • An excellent written communicator able to write proposals, formal business documents and informal updates

  • Able to maintain accurate records with or without the help of a CRM system

  • Ability to take a personal approach to business relationships

  • Ability to fit into a start-up workspace and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization in a growing office environment 

  • Ability to embrace and live the company’s core vision and integrity
